We’re hiring for an Android Developer with iOS experience to join our team!

The Role

We’re looking for a skilled Android Developer to join our team at Sonin — a fast-paced digital agency building solutions across a wide range of industries. You’ll be the go-to expert for Android, working primarily in Kotlin, while also contributing to iOS development in Swift.

You’ll own the full development lifecycle — from initial scoping and quoting through to peer review and live launch — collaborating closely with Project Managers, QA Engineers, Designers, and Product Strategists along the way.

We embrace agile sprint methodology and encourage our team to stay at the cutting edge, including the thoughtful use of AI tools to improve quality and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Write clean, high-quality Android code using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
• Support and contribute to iOS development using Swift
• Work across multiple client projects in varied industries simultaneously
• Take ownership of work from initial quoting through to live launch
• Participate in peer code reviews and uphold best practice standards
• Problem-solve in cross-functional agile sprint teams
• Stay current with Android/iOS ecosystem developments and emerging tools
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• 3+ years’ hands-on experience with Kotlin
• Solid grasp of Modern Android Development: Jetpack Compose, MVI/MVVM architecture
• Practical experience with Swift and iOS development
• Proficiency with code versioning tools and testing frameworks (unit and UI)
• Strong understanding of the full digital development lifecycle
• Excellent time management — able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a digital agency or fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows
