Degree in Science or Technology, with 3+ years’ formulation experience ideally with beauty or healthcare, including licensed medicines.
Strong expertise in health and/or beauty formulations, with a demonstrable track record of delivering products from concept to market.
Excellent knowledge of multiple formulation technologies and a solid understanding of the end-to-end value chain and manufacturing processes.
Proven ability to manage complex formulation development projects, influence stakeholders and work effectively across functions.
Highly organised, risk-aware and detail-focused, with the confidence to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about formulation science and motivated to make a meaningful contribution to the future success of the Boots brand.
Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with consumer insights and market trends in health and beauty.
