Why we need this role

The primary purpose of this role is to support IAM and PAM operations. This role will help with BAU activities related to Identity and access management. Help team with following IAM operational activities - JML, access recertification, requirement gathering, CyberArk operations, IAM PAM Infra managements, Help in patching, required upgrades etc. 

What you will do

• Execute daily BAU tasks related to IAM/PAM operations.
• Manage JML lifecycle activities (user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role changes).
• Support CyberArk Operations of privileged accounts and safe management.
• Service request, Incident, Escalation handling on time.
• Assist in access recertification campaigns, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
• Support IAM & PAM transformation projects to align operations accordingly.
• IAM/PAM Infra management, help with patching, pre-post check.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IAM/PAM processes, escalating issues as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of access-related requests.
• Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and operational guidelines.

What we're looking for

• 4-6 Years of Experience in IAM/PAM.
• Hands on experience on Active Directory, Exchange, Entra ID etc.
• Hands on experience in JML, PAM processes.
• Exposure to CyberArk or similar PAM tools.
• Exposure to SailPoint or similar IGA tools.
• Delivering during high pressure scenario.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Open to work in shifts and on call.
