Lockheed Martin Rotary Mission Systems in Moorestown, New Jersey is seeking a full time Early Career Display Systems Engineer. In this role, you will define mission critical requirements, develop windows and user interfaces for military personnel user experience and integrate new capabilities into the premier self-defense system for the United States and allied Navies, the Aegis Combat System. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Java, C++, or Python, Linux/UNIX operating systems, user interface design, and message interface modeling.
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
•Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or closely related field.
•Ability to perform analysis and code inspections in Java, C++, and/or Python to troubleshoot software issues.
•Experience on at least one team based project.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office.
•Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
•Experience Agile product development methodology.
•Experience using Linux and/or Unix.
•Experience with Test Automation.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
