The Challenge
AND digital needs to source senior tech talent, quickly. With an ambitious focus on growth, AND required multiple technical hires in order to help them expand their client offering. As well as this, AND wanted to expand and establish their offices around the UK.
They needed to be able to create a partnership with a company that could provide them with an equally personable approach to hiring. As part of their mission to be known as a digital-first consultancy company, AND required hands-on help from a team who understood their proposition so as to communicate it to candidates effectively.
The solution
For AND Digital, sourcing the right level of candidates was of the utmost importance. Focusing on hackajob’s ‘Find Talent’ tool, AND were able to hire over 100 people in just one year and are on track to hit the same milestone for the second year in a row. Enabling their in-house recruitment team to discover only the best, most relevant candidates, AND used hackajob to help convey their overall brand perception to an active audience.
