DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Lead a team that develops and markets data analytics, data management, and data publishing tools and products. Develop centralized knowledge graphs using Neo4j to accurately define data and products. Partner with Data Publishers and Product Owners in cross-disciplinary teams to improve how they publish their information. Guide the building of logical and physical data models, helping to discover, profile, acquire, process, model, and own data for these solutions. Advocate the adoption of open-sourced data processing pipelines and algorithms to help clients anticipate data needs from varied structured and unstructured data sources, including traditional relational stores, other NoSQL databases, and social media, news, internal/external documents, and emails. Assist in researching and experimenting with leading and emerging data governance and processing methodologies and technologies to facilitate advanced analytics use cases. Develop metrics and procedures for assessing, managing, and characterizing meta-data and dataset consumption. Contribute to data architecture and data management strategy design. Collaborate with the firm's Chief Data Offices and Technology Functions to develop standards and best practices. Influence key stakeholders to define tasks and guidelines for workflows and manage decisions throughout the product development lifecycle. Build and continuously update product backlog, prioritizing achievement of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Ensure product features and processes align with applicable industry best compliance and risk management standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Telecommunications Management, Technology Management, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or as Product Director, Senior Consultant, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Management, Technology Management, or related field of study plus ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or as Product Director, Senior Consultant, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following skills: building Data Management and Customer360 products across financial services and advertising industries. This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following skills: building Knowledge Graphs using data concepts applied to Customer products, Investment Banking products, Home Lending products, Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) products, and related financial products that enable complex workflows driven by semantic graphs. This position requires any amount of experience with the following skills: generating insights using Gremlin and Cypher graph query languages; building artificial intelligence (AI)-based solutions using connected graphs to provide business recommendations; building Lineage and metadata management products using property graphs; developing solutions for large-scale enterprise customers; working with Chief Data Offices (CDOs) to understand data management strategies and drive data management solutions; working with senior and executive-level stakeholders to drive product vision and manage project priorities and project teams; developing solutions for critical regulatory reporting like Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR); designing data strategy to develop a firm-wide contextual and semantic model; building products and self-serve solutions using Neo4j; and designing solutions using DataBricks, Cassandra, and Elastic Search platforms. This position requires the following certification: Neo4j Certified Professional.
