In this role, you will be working as a key member of the Customer platform team within IT department, driving new capabilities in our CRM Systems that enable our global Sales and Service organization. You will work closely with the CRM team and business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. Your role is to collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and interpret user requirements, working with architects, developers, and administrators to define scalable solutions.
  • Drive the design and enhancement of Salesforce features, ensuring alignment with business goals while overseeing requirements definition and process improvements.
  • Translate requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Define reporting and analytics needs, partnering with stakeholders to create Reports and Dashboards, and evaluate Einstein Analytics solutions for actionable business insights in Sales, Service
  • Define and implement the testing strategy for projects. Collaborate with other QE engineers and review the test scripts.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) ensure that solutions meet business and quality standards
  • Identify and address technology or process gaps to improve efficiency and adoption.
  • Develop training materials and process documentation to enhance team knowledge. Educate stakeholders on key capabilities and user guidelines. 
  • Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, providing alternative solutions to minimize risk.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related experience
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or primary support role.
  • Expertise in administering Salesforce declaratively, including process builder, flow, profiles, customizing objects, approvals, and lightning experience.
  • Previous experience designing and implementing new business processes, requirements gathering methodology / process, and managing competing priorities.
  • Ability to articulate and implement Salesforce.com best practices.
  • Strong technical skills with good business acumen in sales, service, and marketing.
  • Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Business Analyst, or Sales and Service Consultant certifications preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (MuleSoft, APIs, ETL tools) is a plus.
