Partnering with senior stakeholders, you will help redesign control mapping and obligation analysis by turning complex, manual processes into streamlined, repeatable, and insight‑driven operating models that support regulatory change and informed decision‑making.
To be successful as a Control Mapping Operations (CMO) Program Support – AVP, you should have:
Experience in process redesign, strategic analysis, or transformation‑focused roles
Interest in AI and advanced analytics, with experience applying these tools to improve outcomes
Ability to simplify complex information while maintaining appropriate consideration of risk in evolving or ambiguous situations
Experience supporting senior management and ExCo presentations by translating complex concepts into clear, decision‑focused materials
Experience working with advisory, strategy, or transformation teams, or applying a consulting‑style approach to problem solving
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience using AI‑enabled tools, data analytics, or visualization platforms to generate insight and improve efficiency
Understanding of regulatory and control environments, with an appreciation for forward‑looking and practical considerations

This role is located in Whippany, NJ.
Minimum Salary: $110,000
Maximum Salary: $145,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
