Job overview and responsibilities

The Senior Analyst, ServiceNow Platform works with Digital Technology and the business to gather requirements and plan work related to platform administration and operations initiatives, in support of all processes and users of ServiceNow. They are also responsible for the supporting process and governance to these services to maximize value and align with organizational goals and best practices. This role will primarily be focused on platform administration and operational initiatives but may also assist specific process areas with their implementations of common platform functionality such as user and group management, user support/training, global search, etc.

  • Support platform operations as required (Platform health activities, Knowledge Management, upgrades and service catalog)
  • Facilitate meetings with Technology and Business Leaders to develop needs and requirements
  • Consults with business managers and guides stakeholders to align with best practice solutions
  • Drive alignment to platform governance through regular communication with stakeholders and team members 
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to manage deliverables through established delivery processes and framework
  • Support platform configuration and upkeep in line with governance and best practice

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Business or relevant field
  • 3+ years IT and/or business experience, or any equivalent experience
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and principles (Agile, etc.)
  • Experience with stakeholder management
  • Experience with requirements gathering
  • Understanding of SaaS based Enterprise Platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Master's degree
  • Any ServiceNow certifiication
  • 5+ years IT and/or business experience
  • ServiceNow experience – as a user or fulfiller
  • Understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes and systems such as: Asset Management, Configuration Management, Service Request Management, Change Management, Incident Management, etc.

The base pay range for this role is $102,220.00 to $133,194.00.


The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
