Role Purpose
As Finance Regulatory Technical Delivery Lead, you’ll lead critical Finance Technology change end-to-end across a regulated banking environment. You’ll act as the senior technology change partner to Finance stakeholders and the wider Technology organisation, providing direction, escalation and decisioning when delivery is complex. With a global remit, you’ll coordinate teams across India, Hong Kong, China and the UK to deliver outcomes safely, on time and with strong control discipline. The role spans cross–value stream programmes including regulatory commitments, audit remediation and strategic modernisation. Success means clear ownership, well-managed dependencies and delivery that stands up to scrutiny from Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit.
