As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, you’ll play an important role in assuring and optimising Dynamics 365 solutions that support essential client services used nationwide.

You will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain it. This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence two days per week at one of CGI or client offices in Nottingham, Bristol, or Birmingham.
In this role, you will provide independent assurance across Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional solutions within a key client programme. You will review configurations, workflows, business processes, integrations, and user journeys to ensure alignment with operational requirements, governance standards, and service delivery objectives.
You will support large-scale transformation activity, helping ensure Dynamics 365 capabilities remain scalable, reliable, and fit for purpose across the full delivery lifecycle. You will also contribute to transition activities between legacy and modern platforms, particularly around data quality, scheduling consistency, and operational resilience during dual-running phases.
In addition, you will support knowledge transfer and coaching activities to help strengthen capability across client teams.

You should have strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional solutions in large-scale enterprise or public sector environments.
You will bring strong stakeholder management skills, a solid understanding of governance and assurance practices, and experience supporting complex transformation programmes.
