As a Data Product Owner within our data management team, you will oversee all data created, provisioned, or consumed in key business applications. You will help define and classify critical data, ensuring it meets quality and safety standards. You'll collaborate with technology and business partners to deliver data that supports business operations, analytics, and AI/ML use cases. Your work will help drive faster innovation and support the firmâs strategic agenda.
You will execute processes and procedures to identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks throughout the data lifecycle, ensuring compliance with firm policies and standards. This role offers you the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of AI-ready data products.
Job Responsibilities:
Track milestones, risks, bottlenecks, workstreams, and key performance indicators to ensure successful delivery of data outcomes; lead direct or matrixed team members as needed
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
8+ years of experience in a data-related field
Experience managing delivery across multiple workstreams with varying timelines
Demonstrated expertise in product or business data and related processes
Working knowledge of data management and data governance concepts
Understanding of modern data platforms and/or data architecture concepts
Proven ability to deliver outcomes through strong internal partnerships and influence without authority
Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical topics to senior audiences
Strong structuring and problem-solving skills with sound business judgment
Understanding of Agile delivery practices and ways of working
Experience with risk and control requirements
