Senior Product Owner

Here at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, we have a vast estate of digital products, data and processes and our Product Owners are at the forefront of building and improving these.
As our Senior Product Owner, you'll work will be focused towards our Operational Business Areas. Working in a dynamic, fast paced environment, you’ll adapt quickly to changes. You'll help define our operations product strategy, ideate and create solutions that deliver for our customers, colleagues and supply chain, alongside delivering the operational targets of the business.

What you’ll be doing:
 

• You’ll gain a deep understanding of our customers, helping build a product strategy to deliver the best experiences within the operational side of Jet2.
• You’ll validate the feasibility and deliver solutions that our users want and deliver against our business objectives.
• You’ll own problems and outcomes, using data to track metrics that are important, and showing that you are improving them based on a clear set of objectives.
• You’ll support delivery functions and helping manage backlogs to build customer-centric technology products.
• You’ll work closely with counterparts in design, business analysis and software engineering to define solutions.
• You’ll line manage more junior product roles when the strategy requires it.

 
What you’ll have:
 

• You'll be experienced in working and understanding operational problems and products.
• You’ll be experienced in working closely with UX design and software engineering.
• You’ll be comfortable being accountable against agreed objectives and outcomes.
• You’ll have experience in utilising data and be comfortable using it to highlight performance.
• You’ll be comfortable line managing or would like to move into line management of product people.
