This role sits within BT’s Counter‑Drone team and is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end physical, logistical, and supply‑chain lifecycle of customer‑facing equipment.
The Engineering Supply Chain Professional ensures equipment is received from suppliers, staged, configured, updated, tested, supported in‑life, returned, repaired through suppliers, and redeployed, while coordinating all associated import, export, and logistics activities.
By maintaining equipment readiness, feedback loops from in‑life use, and controlled re‑deployment, the role directly supports innovation by enabling rapid trial‑to‑operation transitions, reducing friction in scaling new capabilities, and ensuring emerging Counter‑Drone technologies can be introduced, iterated, and sustained reliably. The role acts as the single point of control for equipment custody, spares holdings, RMAs, and international movements, ensuring customer systems remain operational and compliant with regulatory and contractual requirements
