As a Product Director in the Branch Operations Product team, you are at the forefront of revolutionizing banker interactions. Our team is tasked with simplifying existing banker tools and introducing new banker tools to create a seamless experience for bankers and customers. You will lead innovation through the development of products and features that not only delight our bankers and customers but also empower our branch teams.
In addition, this role will be responsible for managing all Executive budget related deliverables and controls across the Branch Operations Product, including but not limited to the Quarterly Investment Process, creating and monitoring self-inspection processes, managing access administration for the field and leading internal Audits within our space. Extensive technical, business and leadership experience is required to lead within the complex branch space. This position is ideal for an individual experienced in both Product and Program Management with excellent people management skills, strong organizational skills, an innovative mindset, risk and controls experience as well as strong analytical skills. Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity, given the rapid pace of change is required.
