Job Description
Vice President role within the CIB Controls Management Tech & Tooling team, responsible for driving structured product strategy and end-to-end delivery across Controls Assessment Transformation (CAT) platforms. Operating at the intersection of business, data, and engineering, this role leads the shift from fragmented processes to integrated, data-driven decisioning and scalable execution, delivering AI-enabled controls transformation.
The role offers the opportunity to shape next-generation AI-enabled controls capabilities at scale, working closely with senior leadership across business, data, and technology, while driving strategic initiatives that enhance innovation and operational excellence across CIB Controls.
As part of the CAT leadership model, you will establish and scale a consistent approach to how business problems are structured, translated, and delivered across inflight one-stop-solutions covering AI-Assisted Control Evaluations, Data-Driven insights, Operational Process Automations & Centralized Control Data Store. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Data teams, and senior stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into clear problem definitions, requirements, and execution plans, driving alignment and delivery across the portfolio and embedding AI-enabled capabilities into controls workflows to improve decision quality, efficiency, and scalability.
