Salary: 39,700.00+ (depending on skills and experience)

Role description:

The Project Manager will play a key role in the successful delivery and performance management of multiple frameworks that may include SERAPIS/ASTRID/DIPs/etc. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, robust project control, and end-to-end lifecycle management to ensure effective delivery aligned with organisational objectives.

Core Duties:

  • Manage and support the delivery of multiple framework agreements
  • Lead and coordinate regular Project Performance Reviews, providing clear insights on progress, risks, and opportunities for SERAPIS and DIPs.
  • Project Manage agreed ASTRID tasks from the cradle to grave ensuring outputs meet quality and contractual requirements and input into ASTRID Project Performance Reviews.
  • Monitor and report on project performance to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Support the full lifecycle of frameworks, from initiation through to completion (cradle to grave), including planning, execution, and close-out activities.
  • Engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, building strong relationships to enable effective delivery and continuous improvement.

Essential skills:

  • Application of related PM Competencies will be expected at this level
  • Degree, or a substantial amount of practical knowledge gained through experience
  • PM Qualification such as the APM Project Management Qualification.
  • Experience of building relationships and negotiating outcomes with internal stakeholders
  • Stakeholder engagement and understanding what information is required for Head of Frameworks to make decisions

The Head of Frameworks Team:

You will work within a collaborative project delivery team, managing a small project, a defined work package, or supporting a Project Manager on larger initiatives. You may guide and mentor up to two team members, applying project management best practice and supporting continuous improvement across the team.
