Enterprise Scorecard Senior Analyst

Leads the development and delivery of enterprise scorecard reporting to support senior executive & board-level decision-making. Translates complex financial and business reporting into clear, actionable insights, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with strategic priorities across the enterprise. Partners with senior stakeholders to define key metrics, deliver & enhance reporting structure, and drive continuous improvement across Vanguard.

The Enterprise FP&A team at Vanguard is seeking an Enterprise Scorecard Senior Analyst to lead the enterprise scorecard to inform enterprise-wide performance discussions with senior leadership. In this role, you will partner directly with senior leaders to define key metrics, deliver high-impact reporting, and provide insights that influence strategic priorities.

 Responsibilities:

• Scorecard delivery: Lead design, production, and continuous enhancement of enterprise scorecard and related executive reporting
• Executive reporting & insights: Synthesize financial and operational data into clear, concise materials for executive leadership; identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Data & business partnership: Partner with finance, strategy, and data teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of metrics and outputs
• Performance management & storytelling: Serve as a trusted advisor on performance measurement and scorecard interpretation; translate complex datasets into compelling narratives tailored for executive audiences
• Continuous improvement, incl. AI & automation: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, enhance automation, and improve visualization of insights
• Strategic initiative support: Provide analytical support for other enterprise initiatives & develop ad hoc analyses to inform key decisions and priorities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis or data analytics
• Strong understanding of Key Performance Indicators and their impact on business strategy
• Proficiency In data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerAutomate, and/or visualization tools like PowerBI/Tableau
• Attention to detail to be the final quality pass for executive-ready materials
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex data and insights to executive stakeholders
