Within HSBC’s Corporate and Institutional banking department, Collateral Technology provide the technology to enable the margining function across thousands of HSBC clients globally every day. We handle several business problems/challenges & Regulatory requirements around the use & management of collateral from Front to Back Office by the Asset Classes, Traded Risk, Credit Risk, Finance & Operations (Collateral Ops & Settlement).
We are part way through a multi-year plan to build a brand-new Collateral platform which will eventually replace the current platform. The new collateral platform comprises micro services leveraging the latest open-source infrastructure. Senior Engineering Lead should be providing design guidance, technology recommendations, and best practices, along with hands-on support to ensure successful adoption. The role will require to have close collaboration with technical architects and team leads in both India and Poland, to ensure robust technical leadership and seamless end-to-end project execution.
