As a Vice President, Product Delivery Manager within Trust & Security, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects and programs within Trust and Security. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, transforming challenges into high-quality technical requirements and coordinating with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business and customer needs. You will help centralize key cross-functional data and drive the development of shared services and intelligence to identify fraud faster. Your role will require both business and technical skills, as well as strong teamwork and leadership. You will guide colleagues and product teams to deliver exceptional results while promoting the values and culture of JPMorgan Chase.
Job Responsibilities
⢠Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, set priorities, and manage expectations.
⢠Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
⢠Oversee day-to-day project activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
⢠Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
⢠Implement and refine project management methodologies and best practices.
⢠Provide regular status updates and executive summaries to stakeholders.
⢠Manage interdependencies between product releases and delivery teams.
⢠Lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, and requirements definition.
⢠Align product strategies with overall business goals and identify opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
⢠Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
⢠Minimum 5 years of experience in project/program management within a technology environment.
⢠Proven experience managing large, complex, and cross-functional technology projects or programs.
⢠Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, or other methodologies.
⢠Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
⢠Ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
⢠PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications.
⢠Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
⢠Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
