Are you a Business Analyst with a passion for driving impactful change in a health insurance setting? AXA Global Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our team and lead comprehensive analysis across the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through to successful closedown. You’ll conduct thorough situational analyses, impact assessments—covering systems, processes and people—and define clear requirements to support informed decision-making around scope, business cases, and dependencies. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
