In this role, you’ll operate within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment supporting the F-35 program. Reporting to the Material Readiness Lead, you will collaborate cross-functionally with program managers, customers, senior leaders, and support teams to ensure successful execution of sustainment initiatives.
Your key responsibilities include:
Managing schedules, budgets, and project status reporting
Executing Earned Value (EV) requirements and analyzing performance metrics
Performing Cost Account Manager (CAM) duties and providing EVMS oversight
Facilitating Risk & Opportunity Management
Participating in technical and programmatic reviews, briefings, and meetings
Supporting on-time delivery of contract-compliant products
Coordinating administrative and day-to-day operational functions
Driving resolution of project issues to meet performance, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
