JOB DESCRIPTION

As a motivated senior product associate within the Compensation & Pay Intelligence Product team within the Employee Experience Product Organization of HR, you will be a part of a team developing and iterating on our product strategy to deliver competitive and fair compensation strategies to attract, motivate, and retain talent. 

The Compensation & Pay Intelligence team focuses on critical functions across the compensation ecosystem spanning across pay transparency, pay structures, and pay & compensation capabilities that support recruiting, mobility, and annual compensation processes. You will support the ideation, development and iteration of new product ideas and iterative enhancements to support the employee & manager experiences in this domain. You will be accountable for the delivering with quality, against key objectives while building a best in class employee experience. 

You’ll operate within Employee Experience Product Organization within HR to translate strategy into outcome-based roadmaps for a defined sub-domain, balancing delivery velocity, quality, risk, and stakeholder satisfaction. You combine strong product management skills, analytical rigor, and structured problem solving with a passion for creating intuitive, scalable experiences for employees, managers, HR partners, and senior leaders across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Product Strategy and Planning
    • Manage and deliver on major workstreams and execution plans for a portfolio of capabilities within the compensation and pay intelligence domain, with measurable targets and risk management.
    • Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities in compensation and pay intelligence
  • Ensure Delivery and Lifecycle Excellence
    • Participates in end-to-end lifecycle activities across discovery, requirements, solution design, delivery, and value realization, driving reusability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Gathers and understands user feedback alongside and market best practices to drive continuous improvement in the compensation and pay intelligence domain.
    • Partners with key product teams across recruiting, performance management, and compensation.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Leadership and Governance
    • Partner with business, technology, product, data, design, legal, regulatory, and operations to design, build, and launch tools, frameworks, and platforms that enable key functions across the compensation and pay intelligence space.
    • Set clear goals and OKRs; proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies; own product performance and invest in enhancements to meet objectives.
    • Shares inputs to vision and strategy, with ability to communicate progress to stakeholders across teams and levels; operate effectively in a complex, rapidly changing, and regulated environment.
  • Innovation and AI
    • Introduce AI-enabled solutions that improve employee, manager, and HR experiences, driving efficiency and reducing operational risk.
  • Identify Key Areas of Focus
    • Global pay transparency, pay intelligence and insights, pay and compensation capabilities that support the end-to-end employee lifecycle from hire to offboarding, and key compensation experiences within HCM. 
  • Implement Innovation and AI
    • Introduce AI-enabled solutions that improve employee, manager, and HR experiences, driving efficiency and reducing operational risk.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management 
  • Proven knowledge of the product development lifecycle; demonstrated experience with technical and experience design.
  • Ability to define and maintain a product backlog and roadmap, present to stakeholders, and write stories and epics to partner across engineering, data, and design. 
  • Meeting facilitation skills, experience leading workshops or design sessions with cross-functional      stakeholders
  • Strong documentation skills; ability to craft well-written and informative briefs across the domain
  • Prioritization and execution skills; ability to work well under pressure and to manage multiple priorities
  • Intermediate capabilities in AI tools, M365 suite, and proficiency in Jira or related tools for product management
  • Proven data fluency and analytical capabilities, experience working with sets of data to lead decision-making and identify insights
  • Demonstrated ability to define and track OKRs and KPIs to measure success and optimize strategy.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Domain experience in employee compensation and pay intelligence domains
  • Knowledge of HCM platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM) and related HRIS systems.
  • Experience in integrating AI technologies into product development, with a focus on improved end user experiences and driving efficiencies while reducing operational risk
  • Preferred experience supporting global products and requirements within a globally matrixed, regulated organization with a proven ability to represent and navigate across senior leaders across functions
