As an Executive Director, Director of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within Network Product Line, you will lead the engineering strategy, delivery, and operational excellence for software platforms that enable large-scale enterprise Network Automation, Identity Services, and Configuration Management.
You will build and mentor high-performing, cross-functional teams; set clear goals and measurable outcomes; and partner closely with product, network engineering, security, operations, and vendor partners to deliver resilient solutions. This role requires strong technical depth and leadership to drive roadmap execution, remove delivery obstacles, and resolve complex issues under pressure. You will be accountable for software quality, security, and reliability across the product lifecycleâfrom architecture and development through testing, deployment, and ongoing supportâensuring the firmâs network and associated platforms are protected from security vulnerabilities and software defects.
