Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. Our teams operate within a flexible hybrid working model, however on-site requirements vary by project, so the ability to travel as required to meet client needs is essential.
Your future duties and responsibilities
In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and associated cloud services, enabling clients to modernise their operations and unlock greater value from their data. You will take ownership of building scalable applications, integrating systems, and ensuring solutions are secure, high-performing, and aligned to business needs. Working closely with stakeholders, you will translate requirements into effective technical designs while contributing to a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
You will also play a key role in maintaining solution quality through testing, documentation, and optimisation, while supporting deployment pipelines and lifecycle management practices. With the backing of a supportive team, you will be empowered to explore new approaches, enhance platform capabilities, and contribute to impactful digital transformation programmes.
• Design & Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Fabric
• Configure & Optimise Dataverse including data models, relationships, and security
• Integrate & Deliver solutions across Azure services, APIs, and third-party platforms
• Build & Extend custom connectors and APIs
• Collaborate & Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Implement & Manage ALM practices, environments, and deployment pipelines
• Test & Assure solution quality through unit, system, and UAT support
• Document & Communicate technical designs, architectures, and user guidance
• Troubleshoot & Resolve issues across environments
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
You will bring proven experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, with strong expertise in Dataverse and system integrations. You should be confident working across cloud environments, applying DevOps practices, and delivering high-quality, secure solutions. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset will enable you to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong expertise in Dataverse (data modelling, relationships, security)
• Experience integrating with APIs, Azure services, or middleware
• Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate
• Familiarity with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management)
• Understanding of RESTful services and JSON/XML
• Experience with version control and DevOps practices
• Strong testing and quality assurance capabilities
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience with Dynamics 365, CI/CD tools, or programming languages (desirable)
