Do you thrive on creating engaging training experiences and fostering communities of practice? We’re looking for a passionate and empowering Agile Enablement Coach to support our transition to the Product Operating Model and drive our learning initiatives forward. You’ll be the driving force behind our Learning & Development (L&D) and Community of Practice efforts. Working closely with our Head of Product Operations, Product Community Lead and wider internal teams
Key responsibilities:
· Develop and support the implementation of engaging learning content and training materials aligned with the Product Operating Model.
· Assist with Community of Practice activities such as lunch and learns and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
· Facilitate interactive webinars and virtual training sessions on a variety of topics related to product management and agile methodologies.
· Manage and update the self-serve content on the Product Academy, ensuring it remains current, relevant and easy to access.
· Collaborate with L&D and design teams to enhance the look, feel and usability of the Product Academy platform.
· Contribute to designing our product onboarding strategy, with a focus on improving the new hire experience.
· Support the standardisation of product communications across all business units by defining communication types, channels and schedules.

You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
Your skills & experience:
· Experience in Product Enablement, Agile Coaching, or Product Operations.
· Strong understanding of product management and agile frameworks and practices.
· Good knowledge of adult learning principles and effective training methodologies.
· Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging enablement materials.
· Proven track record in facilitating workshops, delivering training sessions and organising team-building activities.
· Project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
