Description
We are seeking a highly organized, systems-oriented Marketing Operations Senior Specialist to support execution excellence across our Marketing organization. This individual plays a key role in strengthening operational rigor, improving visibility into marketing work, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
You will partner closely with Marketing Operations leadership to support project management systems, procurement workflows, reporting, and internal coordination initiatives. This role reports to the Team Lead, Marketing Operations.
Responsibilities
- Own and coordinate the marketing requisition process in partnership with Procurement and Finance to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant submissions.
- Support administration and optimization of the team’s project management platform (Workfront), including template updates, reporting support, and data quality oversight.
- Generate and distribute operational dashboards and reports to improve visibility into marketing performance and delivery.
- Coordinate preparation for recurring marketing leadership meetings, including content collection, slide development, and deadline management.
- Support internal communications and team engagement initiatives to ensure consistent execution and participation.
- Assist with documentation, workflow updates, and process improvement efforts across Marketing Operations.
- Monitor operational timelines and proactively follow up with stakeholders to maintain accountability and execution discipline.
Qualifications
Required
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, business operations, or a related field.
- Experience working with project management or workflow tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred
- Prior experience with Asana.
- Exposure to procurement, requisition, or budget coordination processes.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
- Comfort creating polished presentation materials for leadership audiences.
