We’re now looking for an ESG Specialist to join us on a 12-13 month maternity cover, supporting the delivery of our ESG commitments across the UK and Europe. The opportunity This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, senior stakeholders and external partners to turn ESG ambition into action. You’ll play a key role in data-driven decision-making, regulatory readiness and continuous improvement across our environmental and wider ESG agenda. What you’ll be doing Supporting the delivery of Cox Automotive Europe’s ESG strategy and action plans Driving carbon reduction initiatives with business units across the UK and EU Engaging suppliers to improve Scope 3 emissions data collection and quality Collecting, validating and analysing GHG emissions data across Scopes 1, 2 and 3 Tracking ESG targets and KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement Supporting ESG questionnaires, ratings, tenders and customer information requests Monitoring ESG legislation, standards and frameworks (e.g. CSRD, SECR, GHG Protocol) and highlighting business impacts Working cross-functionally through the Sustainability ERG to embed best practice Maintaining robust documentation, controls and audit-ready evidence What we’re looking for Essential Experience in environmental sustainability, ESG or a related field Strong analytical skills with confi Salary: Competitive Salary, Bonus & Benefits
