As our new Procurement Specialist, you will join a hybrid team managing diverse spend across Information Technology (IT) and Corporate Services. We are looking for an ambitious professional who embodies our values to Lead by driving excellence, Deliver through ownership, and Care by collaborating across functions like Finance, HR, and Tech. You will play a vital role in shaping category strategies and managing high-impact supplier relationships that fuel our global growth.
Develop and execute strategic sourcing activities including Request For Proposals (RFPs), negotiations, and contract management.
Manage the full contract lifecycle to ensure commercial and operational excellence from implementation to performance monitoring.
Lead supplier performance reviews, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) align with our business objectives and drive quality.
Conduct deep market analysis to provide actionable insights and create strategic supplier shortlists for business transformation.
Mitigate third-party supplier risks with a dedicated focus on sustainability and continuity of supply across the globe.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to measure and report on essential business priorities and category impact.
Proven procurement experience within Corporate Services or Information Technology (IT) categories.
Versatility to apply your skills across a hybrid portfolio, demonstrating a commitment to learning and growth.
Demonstrated ability to optimize procurement processes, delivering measurable cost efficiencies and risk mitigation.
Expertise in category management and supplier relationship management to support ambitious business goals.
Strong collaborative mindset with experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments like Tech and Finance.
Skilled in negotiating complex deals and leading contracting activity with a high degree of ownership.
