JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an Analyst level candidate to join the London-based KIIDs and Factsheets team. Part of the wider EMEA Client Reporting team, the KIID and Factsheet team focus on the production of these business critical documents, working in close partnership with team members in India. 

The EMEA Client Reporting Team is part of the Client Service organisation within JPMorgan Asset Management. The Team supports the European Sales and Marketing teams, Client Account Managers and Products teams in delivering first class service to our clients. Team is responsible for providing Reporting and Client Service support across all product groups and strategies for EMEA Institutional investors and Funds’ clients.

Job responsibilities:

  • Provide support for PRIIP KIDs and UCITs KIIDs in conjunction with the team lead, maintaining and applying material changes to current active KIIDs, approx. c. 2,700 KIDs and c. 2,900 KIIDs 
    (c. 32,000 in all language versions), creating new KIID/KID documents as required for new fund or share class launches. Issue and error remediation, and active participation in the KIID governance process
  • Active engagement with regulatory change as it impacts the scope and content of both KIID and factsheet documents
  • Production and delivery of the EMEA factsheet set, comprising around 32,000 documents in 18 different languages. Oversight of the regular data, text/disclosure uploads, in conjunction with the teams in India. 
  • Provide support of the Factsheet annual review
  • Working with key stakeholders such as Product Documentation, PAG, Investment Specialists, Client Account Managers, Client Advisors, Digital Communications and the local sales offices to assess, and potentially deliver change requests for both Factsheets and KIDs.
  • Active engagement with the India teams during the regular update process, and in order to troubleshoot and solve issues as they arise
  • Vendor management is a key aspect of this role, as the vendor must be engaged for all change requests, development work or issue remediation
  • Troubleshooting data and tech issues impacting the team’s reporting and publishing activity

Required experience, capabilities and skills:

  • Strong background in financial markets and with reporting experience as a plus
  • Experience of key data sources and data types
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and data platforms
  • A data driven background desirable, although not essential
  • Good experience of project management and business workflow systems
  • Self-motivated, pro-active and able to multi-task independently within a fast-paced team environment
  • Solid attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Relevant licences and certification an advantage
