The role involves hands‑on engineering, building resilient microservices, automation and performance optimization.The developer will partner closely with Product Owners, Domain SMEs, DevOps and QA teams to deliver high‑quality, secure, and regulatory‑compliant screening capabilities.
To be successful as a Sanctions Developer, you should have experience with:
Should have experience on Java and its related frameworks, Springboot, and Microservices and back-end technologies.
Designing and building dynamic, data‑driven applications using modern frameworks, server integrations, and database connectivity.
Backend development with Java, REST APIs, Microservices, and integration components.
Working knowledge of DevOps tooling, pipelines, test‑first practices, and Agile delivery - a continual focus across Enterprise DevOps forums.
Applying secure coding standards, test‑driven approaches, and robust design patterns that ensure reliability and regulatory compliance.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, server configuration, and data modelling for full‑stack applications.
Effective Stakeholder management with global leads and delivery teams.

Candidates with experience in Banking / Finance domain preferred.
Experience working with any flavor of Java.
Handled Client-Server based application.
Experience developing effective and interactive Front-end UI using React JS or Angular.
Kafka/Any Messaging system.
Experience working with AI/LLM models.
