Job Description:
The role focuses on coordinating engineering capability management across the team, supporting activities such as strategy and capability management, business reporting, continuous improvement, resourcing, communication, and governance. Working closely with Capability Engineering Managers and Heads of Engineering Capabilities across the Air domain, the role ensures that engineering capabilities are effectively integrated, monitored, and optimised to support programme delivery and organisational objectives.

The Mission Systems Technical Integration Delivery Team:
You’ll be joining the Mission Systems Technical Integration Delivery team, a large and dynamic capability team responsible for designing, developing, and delivering PYRAMID-based mission system and software solutions, primarily supporting Future Combat Air Systems. Within this, the Engineering Capability Integration team plays a central role in driving strategy, capability management, business reporting, continuous improvement, resourcing, communication, and governance across the capability. In this role, you will coordinate engineering capability management activities, working closely with Capability Engineering Managers and Heads of Engineering Capabilities across Air. The position offers broad exposure across multiple engineering disciplines, management levels, and key stakeholders across BAE, providing opportunities to influence and integrate engineering capabilities across the business.
