About the role

You will be part of the AI Platforms team, driving the design and deployment of next-generation AI solutions across enterprise systems.
This role plays a critical part in delivering scalable, production-grade AI systems that power intelligent automation, predictive insights, and AI-driven decision-making. 
You will work across the full lifecycle - from data engineering and model development to deployment and monitoring - aligning with BT’s strategy to leverage AI for operational excellence and innovation.

What you’ll be doing

  •  Design and build end-to-end AI/ML systems from data ingestion to production inference 
  •  Develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications 
  •  Engineer scalable data pipelines using distributed computing frameworks 
  •  Develop production-grade APIs for model serving and AI services 
  •  Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows and automate model deployments 
  •  Ensure model performance through monitoring, drift detection, and continuous improvement 
  •  Design high-availability, fault-tolerant AI platform architectures 
  •  Collaborate with data engineers  and platform teams.
  •  Drive innovation by experimenting with new AI approaches and technologies
