JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our Corrections and Remediations team to drive stability, efficiency, and quality with robust Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) analytics and resilient IT support. 

As a Quant Analytics Associate Senior in Corrections and Remediation Team, you will lead data-driven solutions that triage, fix, and prevent customer impact arising from business process and operational issues, strengthening stability, efficiency, and quality across the function. You will partner with the Corrections Analytics Support team to enhance the CCB Corrections Infrastructure—spanning diverse IT systems and tools—by building analytics, automations, and controls that improve detection, accelerate remediation, and eliminate repeat defects. You’ll translate complex operational data into actionable insights, design scalable monitoring and exception frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive measurable risk reduction and superior customer outcomes. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Own code and infrastructure support, including managing the code library, version control, and platform governance. 
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Corrections and Platform Technology teams to align priorities and resolve issues. 
  • Coordinate platform-specific event and incident communications for Data Analysts and Data Testing teams. 
  • Lead efficiency and stability initiatives to automate workflows and reduce turnaround time for analysis and testing. 
  • Design and implement intelligent solutions using AI/LLM to drive measurable improvements across the department.
  • Execute IT platform migration activities, ensuring minimal disruption and clear cutover plans. 
  • Streamline and administer access profiles for the CCB Corrections function with appropriate controls. 
  • Establish and maintain onboarding and offboarding processes to accelerate time-to-productivity and reduce risk. 
  • Promote and enable a self-service culture with clear guidance, tooling, and documentation. 
  • Provide periodic executive-ready status reports on in-flight projects, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Clearly articulate obstacles, proposed workarounds, and delivery timelines to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • 5+ years experience and/or exposure to Programing Languages
  • Python, SQL, PLSQL, SAS experience
  • Knowledge of IT Platforms, Networks, Application Architectures, Data Warehousing  
  • Knowledge of Large Data Set Storage, Backups, and retrievals
  • Unix Shell Scripting, KEON
  • College degree with 5+ years’ work experience
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Elevated proficiency with standard MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Must be detailed and quality assurance oriented

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Knowledge of SAS VIYA Platforms 
  • Advanced degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related subject 
  • Knowledge of CCB products, reporting systems and platforms.
  • Understanding of the data infrastructure in a financial services organization.
  • Experience with AI/LLM
