All about the role

As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be a key member of our Growth Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and contribute to our growth by supporting performance campaigns across a wide range of channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Affiliate. 

Your Main focus will be on Paid Search but you will work very closely with all the other specialists in the team.

You will work in a collaborative and inclusive team that values learning, support, and shared success. We’re looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset and a proactive "test and learn" mentality, who is eager to develop their skills and help us find new opportunities for growth.

These are the key ingredients of the role:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising
• Have exposure to Meta, Apple Search ads, TikTok and mDSPs.
• Help drive key business goals such as acquiring new customers, increasing orders, and boosting app installs through your supported channels.
• Support the team by monitoring campaign data, creating weekly reports, and contributing to in-depth analyses to identify optimisation potential.
• Assist the team in creating and running A/B tests for creative assets, ad copy, and campaign setups to enable continuous improvement and learning.
• Learn to leverage our automation tools and bid management strategies to help improve account performance and efficiency.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners, nurturing positive relationships and sharing insights with key stakeholders.

What will you bring to the table?

• Proven experience in a digital marketing role.  Direct exposure to managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads is a must.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail and a data-driven approach.
•  A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach with a genuine curiosity for the latest innovations in digital marketing.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Adaptability: A proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
