Join Vanguard’s Distribution Accounting & Control (DAC) team and play a critical role in protecting the trust our clients place in us. In this role, you’ll oversee income distributions for more than 220 U.S. mutual funds and support global products across Canada, the UK, and Ireland—ensuring accuracy, strong controls, and seamless execution across complex accounting processes.
You’ll partner closely with Fund Tax, third‑party accounting providers, and internal stakeholders, while driving process improvements, mitigating risk, and mentoring others.
