Our Group AI team brings together specialists across data, engineering, product, and change to deliver high-impact AI solutions, shared platforms, and governance standards across the organisation. As AI adoption accelerates, we are looking for an AI PMO Delivery Lead to help drive structure, visibility, governance, and operational excellence across our growing AI delivery function.

As AI PMO Delivery Lead, you will play a central role in supporting the successful delivery and governance of AI initiatives across the business. You will work closely with AI Programme Managers, Implementation Managers, Product Managers, and senior stakeholders to ensure effective planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and delivery oversight.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving and evolving area of the business where adaptability, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Alongside leading PMO activities, you will also have the opportunity to take ownership of smaller initiatives and contribute directly to delivery outcomes within the AI function.

• Define and establish the PMO function within the Group AI team
• Drive consistent delivery governance and ways of working across AI programmes and initiatives
• Manage and track delivery schedules, progress, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource demand
• Support quarterly planning and forecasting activities
• Produce clear reporting, presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior stakeholders
• Support demand management administration and ensure high-quality reporting data
• Collaborate closely with AI Programme Managers, AI Implementation Managers, and AI Product Managers
• Support the consolidation and aggregation of delivery data for leadership reporting
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and operational standards
• Take ownership of smaller delivery initiatives where required

• Previous experience within PMO, project management, or delivery coordination roles
• Experience working within agile or fast-paced delivery environments
• Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and reporting activities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
• Confident producing PowerPoint presentations, reports, and executive-level updates
• Professional, adaptable, and able to handle confidential information appropriately
• Strong judgement, resilience, and problem-solving capability
• Proactive mindset with the ability to improve processes and ways of working
