About this role
We’re seeking a full stack Software Engineer who will help build the products to make partner performance accessible and understandable, enabling them to increase their impact through our tooling. You will work across domains with a range of different skillsets to deliver these solutions, applying a test and learn approach to understand which ideas work best in the real world. The work of the team is highly impactful and has visibility across the business.
These are some of the key components to the position:
Being part of a fast moving team working on high visibility projects
Collaborating with a cross-functional team to refine ideas and deliver innovative solutions across team boundaries
Participating in the technical exploration and prototyping, transforming ambiguous concepts into tangible software
Contributing to technical discussions, shaping the direction of new features
Taking ownership of features, from concept to production support
Applying JET-wide architecture best practice and driving improvements in team standards
Pursue ongoing personal development, learning from and sharing with others to benefit the whole team
What will you bring to the team?
Strong full stack engineering experience. Typescript (Vue/React) and .NET.
Ability to define CI/CD pipelines and shape deployment practices
A shift left mindset, with a focus on quality and observability
Experience of working in a distributed microservice environment
At ease communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
A curiosity to question, bring new ideas to the team and improve
