What you’ll be doing You’ll play a critical role in ensuring new and evolving tech services launch smoothly into live operations: Act as the bridge between delivery teams and service operations, ensuring seamless handovers Drive service readiness, ensuring everything is set for successful go-live Assess and manage Operational Acceptance Criteria (OACs) Identify and mitigate risks to protect service quality Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Supplier teams to ensure alignment Support workshops, go/no-go decisions, and transition governance Create and maintain clear, high-quality service documentation Design service models across incident, change, and request processes ?? What you’ll bring ITIL Foundation (or equivalent experience) Experience in IT Service Management / Service Transition / Readiness Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to prioritise in a dynamic, fast-moving environment Confidence working with complex supplier ecosystems A proactive mindset and comfort working with ambiguity and change ??
