Job Summary:
As a Product Reporting & Enablement Senior Associate in the Co-Brand Card Tooling, Reporting, and Change Management team, you provide fast, effective support for tooling and data issues, helping teams deliver high-quality products. You partner with stakeholders across business and technology to develop dashboards, maintain data sets, and drive adoption of best practices. You play a key role in enabling reliable reporting, automating workflows, and fostering a collaborative environment that supports organizational goals.

Job responsibilities:

  • Provide fast, effective support for tooling and data problems, contributing to product and team-level improvements
  • Identify and resolve Jira and Align data issues to ensure product information remains accurate and trusted
  • Create and maintain guides, job aids, and instructions for tool usage and best practices
  • Support onboarding and training for new tool users and help drive adoption across teams
  • Collaborate with team members and partners to ensure compliance and alignment with business needs
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, share insights, and align goals, deliverables, and timelines
  • Develop and deliver data-driven solutions, including dashboard creation, data set development, and analysis
  • Assemble, validate, and maintain data sets used in dashboards and reporting to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards that are accurate, user-friendly, and aligned to business requirements
  • Identify reporting and visualization opportunities to enhance business intelligence and decision-making
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and process improvements clearly with peers and managers
  • Help automate workflows and reduce manual effort using Alteryx, SQL, and related tools
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment through knowledge sharing and support of team initiatives

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in an enterprise product, data, or technology environment
  • Proficiency with product development and delivery tools (e.g., Jira/Align)
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau or comparable visualization tools
  • Hands-on experience with Alteryx for workflow design, data preparation, and automation
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to tailor content to different audiences and business needs
  • Demonstrated initiative, willingness to learn, and adaptability
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Agile and/or Project Management certification
  • Experience in financial services or related industry
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive team environment
