Job Summary
Responsible for contributing in project teams, troubleshooting operational issues, providing technical solutions to operational problems, new product implementation, implementing existing products and services and the overall upkeep and maintenance of designated areas of engineering. ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Engineer 2 for Productivity Services is responsible for the technical design and operations of productivity solutions used globally. These solutions will enable the workforce to create, share, and collaborate on content from anywhere at any time built upon the Exchange server and Microsoft 365. This technical role is expected to apply a software engineering mindset to system administration topics elevating the availability, reliability, and security of solutions while reducing operational costs.
Its Night shift role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•3+ years’ operating Microsoft Exchange server and Microsoft 365 services at enterprise scale
•Bachelor’s degree in computer-related field preferred or equivalent years of experience

•Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally to stakeholders and engineers
•Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships in support of delivering enterprise-wide solutions
•Ability to execute within a fast-paced agile process
