Team –Digital Business
Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Stockport Office. Full time, 35 hours per week.

What this role is all about:
To provide day to day support to a team of business consultants. This will involve dealing with incoming queries and speaking directly with advisers.
Your main role is to limit the work going back to the business consultants, ensuring their time is freed up so that they can generate more new business and grow our footprint.
Key Actions
- You will be an expert in all of our product range and be able to answer questions about our USP’s and Vitality proposition.
- You will also be an expert in our processes & systems including, adviser hub navigation, multi- benefit applications a quick quote.
- You will own any issues that need resolving and liaise with all the necessary internal departments keeping the adviser informed at every stage.
- You will be proactively contacting advisers to book appointments and follow up calls and manage webinar invites, attendees and none-attendees. You will work collaboratively with your business consultants to target profitable business and increase market share.
- You must keep accurate records ensuring that our CRM system is updated at every touch point. You will work collaboratively with the Business Consultants to help them build a profitable panel of supporters and grow our footprint across the Channel in both the life and health space.
- Required to be able to set up teams calls to do adviser hub demonstrations and knowledge of our quick quote tool to be able to help advisers navigate our systems.
