- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

- Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures that meet project requirements.

- Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure Data Services.

- Strong expertise in designing and tuning neural networks for natural language processing tasks.

- In-depth understanding of large-scale data processing and model training techniques.

- Experience with optimization algorithms and performance evaluation metrics for language models.

- Ability to integrate machine learning models into production environments with a focus on scalability and reliability.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
