Manager, User Experience Strategy

We are seeking a Manager, User Experience to lead a multidisciplinary team of UX strategists, product designers, and content strategists within our Core Journeys UX organization. This people-first leadership role is responsible for developing talent, shaping user experience strategy across a portfolio of critical digital experiences, and partnering with Product, Technology, and Business leaders to drive client and business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who excels at influencing cross-functional decisions, building strong teams, and guiding work through complexity and change.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of UX strategists, product designers, and content strategists. Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture through coaching, talent development, workforce planning, and thoughtful staffing.

• Shape user experience strategy across a portfolio of critical digital experiences. Guide teams in balancing client needs, business goals, and technical considerations to deliver meaningful outcomes.

• Partner with Product, Technology, Analytics, and Business leaders to influence decision making and drive alignment on high-priority initiatives. Represent UX perspectives in strategic planning and prioritization discussions.

• Drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders working toward shared outcomes, helping teams navigate complexity and ambiguity while maintaining a strong focus on client outcomes.

• Advocate for user-centered thinking and promote best practices in experience strategy, design, content, accessibility, and collaboration.

• Contribute to the evolution of UX practices, operating models, and organizational effectiveness across the broader UX community. Share best practices and contribute to initiatives that strengthen UX maturity and effectiveness.

• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification:

· Minimum of 5+ years of experience, two years of User Experience or User Interface experience.

. Experience and vested interest in managing others

· Minimum BA/BS degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience in a creative or technical field. Advanced degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
