About Them
They are dedicated to addressing the shortage of skilled labour in critical domains such as healthcare by creating AI assistants capable of performing tasks traditionally requiring human-level intelligence.
They are seeking a motivated Full-Stack Developer to help them develop cutting-edge AI and knowledge-based systems.
About You
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of their web applications. You will collaborate with their machine learning, software development, and design teams to ensure their applications are efficient, secure, and user-friendly. You might excel in this role if you:
● Have 3+ years of experience in frontend development using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
● Are comfortable using Python or similar languages for scripting and automation
● Can translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web interfaces
● Are familiar with version control systems like Git and understand basic principles of software development workflows
● Have an eye for design and user experience, ensuring interfaces are intuitive and visually appealing
● Are knowledgeable about optimising front-end performance, including techniques for reducing load times and ensuring cross-browser compatibility
● Knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform and services.
● Understanding of modern development practices including Agile methodologies, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
● Possess strong communication and collaboration skills, and can work effectively in a remote or hybrid team environment
Additionally, the following would be beneficial:
● Experience working in a startup environment
● Familiarity with the healthcare industry
Key Responsibilities
● Develop, test, and maintain responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
● Optimise front-end performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions across different devices and browsers
● Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement UI/UX improvements and ensure a seamless user experience
● Assist in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs using Flask / FastAPI.
● Integrate frontend applications with backend services.
● Assist in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines to streamline front-end development, testing, and deployment
● Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of AWS infrastructure to support AI/ML applications and services
