  • Assists with audit and regulatory readiness by organizing evidence, coordinating stakeholder responses, and partnering with teams to close open items.
  • Builds and enhances automations to streamline evidence collection, validation, formatting, reporting, and recurring operational processes.
  • Partners with Application Owners, Risk and Controls Analysts, Technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to collect inputs, resolve dependencies, and support timely delivery.
  • Supports metrics collection, data validation, and basic analysis to enable recurring reporting, dashboards, and performance insights.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
  • Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support infrastructure engineering workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
  • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted recommendations before implementation, escalating when uncertain and ensuring outcomes align to resiliency, security, and auditability expectations.
  • Deep knowledge of infrastructure network technologies, data modeling, and scripting languages
  • Working knowledge of internal controls concepts, evidence expectations, and issue remediation workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working across multiple stakeholder groups

  • Intermediate Python/scripting skills (or demonstrated ability and willingness to learn) for automation and data handling
  • Interest in AI-assisted ways of working (automation patterns and prompt engineering) with a focus on accuracy, governance, and review

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
  • Experience with risk detection and tracking applications
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint
