As a Data Platform Engineer, a typical day involves contributing to the development and refinement of the data platform architecture, ensuring that all components align with the overall blueprint. This role requires close collaboration with various architects to maintain seamless integration across systems and data models. The position demands active engagement in designing scalable and efficient data solutions, supporting the broader data ecosystem, and facilitating smooth data flow and accessibility within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead efforts to optimize data platform performance and scalability.

- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align data platform strategies with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.

- Experience with designing and implementing data pipelines and workflows.

- Strong knowledge of data storage solutions and data modeling techniques.

- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing frameworks.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration challenges.

- Skilled in optimizing data processing for performance and reliability.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Engineering.

- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.

- A 15 years full time education and Databricks Certification Must are required.
