Summary:

As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. This role requires creating efficient data pipelines and ensuring the seamless migration and deployment of data across various systems. The position demands continuous attention to data quality and the implementation of processes that facilitate smooth data flow and integration within the organization s infrastructure. Collaboration with different teams to align data strategies and support business objectives is also a key aspect of daily activities.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures that meet organizational needs.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.

- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure data solutions align with business goals and technical standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Architecture Principles.

- Strong expertise in designing and optimizing data pipelines and workflows.

- Experience with data integration techniques and ensuring data quality throughout the data lifecycle.

- Ability to implement and manage extract, transform, and load processes effectively.

- Familiarity with data storage solutions and data modeling concepts.

- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex data-related issues.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Data Architecture Principles.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
