About the Role
In this role, you will drive new business growth by identifying opportunities and building strong relationships across your assigned territory. You will take a strategic, consultative approach to sales, managing a pipeline of opportunities and delivering measurable revenue outcomes. This is a dynamic role where you will collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate a strategy, on an account-by-account basis, by which new revenue opportunities are maximised and profitable business is won
  • Ensure sales and productivity targets are met – weekly, monthly, yearly
  • Manage debt processes and work closely with customers to ensure timely resolution
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR rules and processes
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility
  • Develop and execute plans to displace competitive products within the client base
  • Build and develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a strong customer experience

Requirements

  • Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • A motivated and resilient approach to business development and achieving goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with sound business awareness
  • Previous success delivering results in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in consultative, solution-based selling
  • Ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously
  • A structured, process-driven approach to achieving outcomes
  • Experience in new business sales with a track record of achieving targets
