Recruiter

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of various departments within the organization. This role requires collaboration with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. 

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop detailed job descriptions. 
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. 
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. 
• Coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with candidates. 
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive impression of the organization. 
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to ensure continuous improvement of the recruitment process. 
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. 
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and industry conferences to promote the organization's employment opportunities. 

Basic Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting experience. 
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. 
• Experience directly sourcing candidates. 
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience influencing senior leaders on hiring. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience utilizing AI for market data and sourcing.
• Experience leveraging recruiting metrics and analytics to drive hiring decisions.
